Kathy was the owner and operator of Bella Donna Tanning Salon in Kansas City, MO for 5 years.&nbsp; Kathy sold the salon in 2005 and shortly began working at Heartland Tanning in sales.&nbsp; Kathy, stated, “I love this industry!&nbsp; I‘m blessed to work for Heartland - the same company who helped me open and manage my successful business.”<br />
 <br />
Kathy has worked at Heartland Tanning for nearly 5 years.&nbsp; She has been a floor leader for the past 8 months in addition to her role as Major Accounts Administrative Assistant to corporate trainer, Gary Meunier.&nbsp; She will continue her current responsibilities, and combine her experience from floor leader into Sales Manager. <br />

(March 2011) – Heartland Tanning Inc. recently implemented a new state of the art lamp packing system.&nbsp; The updated shipping materials have an increased cardboard strength of 10 times that of previous supplies.&nbsp; The added proprietary foam packing, used for lamp stability and support, is more user friendly for the warehouse and the customer.&nbsp; In just two months, the advanced lamp packing system has accounted for a 75% decrease in lamp breakages!&nbsp; Seth Henson, Missouri operations manager, stated, “We are really excited about the results of the new improvements.&nbsp; A decrease in lamp breakages has increased customer satisfaction, which is ultimately our goal.”</p>
